UV Light Tanning

I have spent time cleaning up various surfaces and lines with Gregg’s help to prepare the parts of the violin for UV tanning and then for varnishing. Here are the finished parts of the violin "in the white":

After the parts of the instrument cleaned up, they are placed into the UV light box for tanning:

The parts will remain in the UV light box for about a week and will then emerge with a much darker appearance.
